Sharp sales rate

We work within Leeuwarden* with a fixed sales rate of € 1850,- (including VAT)** and not with an estate agent commission (in which case the estate agent receives a percentage of the sales price). This fixed rate is much more advantageous and so you know exactly where you stand. You pay no start-up costs and only afterwards, when your house is finally sold.
